You have a 30-day satisfaction period to return an item for refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will inspect your item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Depending on the card issuer, in 3-7 business days the refund typically will be reflected on your account. You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return an item, and the original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
